| Mohair is fully guaranteed. Any item can be returned for a full refund as long as your return shipment is postmarked 10 of receiving it. It must be in the same condition as received, and you are resonsible for the return shipping fee. |

We strongly suggest all international mail be sent Express Mail instead of Priority Mail. Express Mail takes 3 to 5 days for delivery and has an associated tracking number, whereas Priority Mail takes 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and cannot be tracked if it becomes lost or held up in customs. We are not responsible for lost packages. |
